Bill and Dianna Meehan created the Atlantic House and Downeast Coffee shop, to not only to be successful businesses, but also a place where both local people as well as tourists could feel at home. They have worked very hard to make this a fun and successful business. The Meehan's have decided to move on to other ventures (being the newly constructed Bed and Breakfast next to these businesses). and are presently seeking experienced restaurateurs to take over one or both of these "turnkey" businesses. The qualified candidate(s) would be able to lease with option to buy. The historical building is ocean front property with two floors each with approximately 1400 square feet. The first floor is occupied by both turn-key businesses. It has a deck overlooking the Roosevelt International Bridge which connects the United States to Canada. The second floor may be used for additional seating with an oceanfront upper deck. |
