· Accommodations: Two rooms with one queen size bed in each room and two rooms with one double and two twin size beds in each room. All rooms have private baths, cable TV and complimentary breakfast at our coffee & deli shop. 

                                                                                                                                   
· Rates:  April, May, June, Sept., Oct. & Nov. $75.00 per night. July & Aug. $95.00 per night. Rates based on single or double occupancy. Additional guest charge of $20.00 per person will apply if over two. · Payment: 14 or less days before reservation date full payment is required. 50% deposit for all other reservations. We accept traveler's checks, Visa & Master Cards.

     
· Cancellation Policy: A fee of $20.00 will be charged on all cancellations. A 14 day written cancellation notice required. If cancellation notice is received less than 14 days before reservation, refunds will be returned only if room is rebooked. Early departures will be handled in the same manner.

 
· Restrictions: No pets and  smoking outside only.

 
· Breakfast: Continental Plus breakfast.

· Recreation & Activities: Hiking & nature trails, biking, walking , beaches, sunsets, whale and puffin cruises,  bird watching, deep-sea fishing, sailing, golf, museums and ten nearby lighthouses, some can be seen from the Betsy Ross Lodging wraparound deck others are just minutes away. Library next to Betsy Ross Lodging where you can connect to wireless internet.

 
· Attractions & Special Events: West Quoddy Lighthouse & Museum "where the sun rises first in the United States", Historic Lubec Village, Summerkeys concerts, gift shops, galleries, Lubec's home made chocolates, July 4th celebration and Lubec Fall Festival in September.

 
· Recommended Local Best Kept Secrets: Walking the beaches at sunset and West Quoddy Head Lighthouse.
